SCHOOL RECEPTIONIST: is the first people that students, families, and visitors see when they enter a school. As a front office, your job duties are primarily communication-based. As such, you'll need to be familiar with proper phone and email etiquette and possess strong interpersonal skills. The daily tasks may include keeping records, answering phone calls, and facilitating communication between teachers, staff, and families. In some cases, you may explain academic programs and answer any inquiries regarding applications, enrollment, courses and financial aid, record all the documents for admission procedure and follow-up with applicants to update statuses and answer any new questions. This position also gives tours and general information sessions about the campus.
